WPL 2023: RCB team got lucky, 20-year-old Kanika did wonders

WPL 2023: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) finally got their first win in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2023 season. Under the captaincy of Smriti Mandhana, RCB has registered this first win in their 6 matches. RCB registered a resounding victory by defeating UP Warriors by 5 wickets in 18 overs.

In fact, after losing the toss in this match, while batting first, the UP Warriors team was bundled out for 135 runs. Grace Harris played a stormy inning of 46 runs on 32 balls for the team, but this innings did not work.

Sharp edge seen in RCB bowling

20 years old Kanika did amazing

Kanika Ahuja, 20, was born in Patiala, Punjab. She has not been able to debut in international cricket till now. Off-spin all-rounder Kanika strengthens the team in both bowling and batting. Kanika has played 5 matches so far in the first season of this women’s league. This has been his best innings in these matches.
