Turkey went to the polls once again in the second round of the Presidential elections. In the elections where Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu competed, the result was clear. Erdoğan was re-elected President, finishing ahead of Kılıçdaroğlu.
CONGRATULATIONS IN TURKISH FROM MACRON
As the results became clear, congratulatory messages began to come from world leaders. French President Emmanuel Macron shared a message in Turkish on his Twitter account. Macron said: “There are great challenges that France and Turkey will overcome together. The return of peace to Europe, the future of our Eurasian Alliance, the Mediterranean sea. We will continue to move forward with President Erdogan, to whom I convey my congratulations on his re-election.”
ZELENSKI GOT CONGRATULATIONS WITH A MESSAGE IN TURKISH
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelenski also congratulated President Erdogan in Turkish on his social media account. In his social media message, Zelenskiy said, “I congratulate President Erdogan for his victory in the presidential elections. We hope that our cooperation will be improved for the security and stability of Europe and that our strategic partnership will be further strengthened for the benefit of our countries.”

Former US President Donald Trump, on the other hand, made a statement on his platform, Truth, “I congratulate Erdoğan for this great and well-deserved victory. I know him well. He is my friend. The Kremlin shared a congratulatory message from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
