The Social Subsidies Administrator (Adess) reported this Sunday that 18,000 households have not received resources from the “Alimentate” government program this year, due to a coding error in the user database.
The situation occurred “during the data homogenization process between banking institutions,” according to a note from ADESS.
In a statement addressed to the beneficiary families of the Supérate card, the entity explained that the operations team “is working in collaboration with the corresponding financial institutions to correct the situation as soon as possible.”
Once the situation is overcome, the corresponding deposits will be made retroactively to all those affected.
