A pre-production version of the Tesla Cybertruck has been unveiled during Investor Day. Some curious attendees have approached the first pickup of the electric car in search of novelties, and they have found them inside, mainly.
According to the information collected Teslaratithe Tesla Cybertruck boasts a new flyer. At first, the pickup I was betting on the Yoke. That is to say, the same futuristic-looking steering wheel of his sister vehicles. However, this design received too much criticism because it could limit mobility. Consequently, the manufacturer allowed to choose between the Yoke or the round steering wheel of a lifetime.
However, with the most recent version of the Tesla Cybertruck, we see that the company has combined the best of both proposals. The new Yoke steering wheel, while maintaining its straight lines, now has a conventional form (inspired by the round). This, of course, makes it more comfortable to take turns that require more wheel spin.
Additionally, according to those who were able to observe the interior of the Tesla Cybertruck in detail, it seems that there will be folding rear seats.
In addition, passengers in the back will be able to have more entertaining trips thanks to the new rear screen. This proposal, remember, is already present in the Tesla Model S and Model X, and has been very well received by their owners.
In general, the Tesla Cybertruck has a very simple cabin with straight lines everywhere. Come on, very consistent with what is seen on the outside.
And speaking of the outside, an Investor Day attendee has recorded a video showing the Tesla Cybertruck from all angles. So far, it’s one of the best glimpses we’ve had of the pickup till the date.
Those led by Elon Musk have followed a somewhat hermetic strategy with the Tesla Cybertruck, but it seems that they are increasingly open to showing the characteristics with which it will finally reach the market.
If the company’s plans go smoothly, the first deliveries of the Tesla Cybertruck will take place in the middle of this year. At least that’s what Elon Musk himself reported during July 2022. However, taking into account all the setbacks they have faced in the past, it is best to take his words with a grain of salt.
Elon Musk is likely to delve into what’s new on the Tesla Cybertruck at Investor Day. In addition, of course, to share more information about its expected launch.
