The Sports Administrative Court (TAD) has disqualified Luis Rubiales for three years. Specifically, he has imposed two sanctions of a year and a half, based on the proposal of the case instructor. One of them is for the non-consensual kiss of Jenni Hermoso and the other for grabbing her genitals in the box at the Women’s World Cup final in Sydney.
During these three years, Rubiales will not be able to hold any position of responsibility in the sports field, as the Iusport portal has announced. A sanction that overlaps with the one imposed by FIFA, also for three years.
