The Google Pixel Fold is filtered on video and we discovered an unexpected surprise

He Google Pixel Foldthe first foldable smartphone from Google that could be announced during the I/O of 2023, has been seen in leaked real images. This is the first time that we have seen the design of this device in great detail, which will include a “book-type” format, similar to the Galaxy Z Fold and the Oppo Find N.

In fact, and as we can see in the video filtered by a Twitter user, the Google Pixel Fold will have a design very similar to the Oppo Find N2, at least in size. we can see a flexible interior screen with slightly more pronounced frames than other models, although the selfie camera will be located in these. That is, it will not be on the screen.

You can also see the width of the hinge, although it is not clear what mechanism Google will include in this smartphone.

If he hinge system While the Google Pixel Fold is more traditional, like the one Samsung includes in its foldables, the crease on the screen could be more pronounced than Oppo’s Find N2. If, instead, Google goes for a teardrop-shaped hinge (where the screen flexes on the inside creating a teardrop-like shape), the crease could be virtually non-existent.

In the video we can barely see the outside of the device, I leave out the side frames, which they will have an apparently golden hue. The right bezel will also have a power button that will also function as a fingerprint reader, as well as the volume button. The outer panel will hardly have frames and will include a camera directly on the screen.
