He pointed out that in compliance with this initiative, in the coming months he will announce the findings of the audit that is being carried out on the Ministry of Public Works, corresponding to the period August 16, 2020 to date, as well as the results of the study that will be carried out. to the report delivered by that body, on the rendering of accounts of completed and ongoing works, of past government administrations.
The aforementioned report was delivered by the Minister of Public Worksengineer Deligne Ascención, to the comptroller general Félix Santana García, in the presence of the director of the General Directorate of Ethics and Government Integrity (Digeig), Milagros Ortiz Bosch and the general director of Purchasing and Contracting, Carlos Pimentel.

The comptroller maintained that according to Law 10-07, in its article 25, all the incumbents of the ministries and directorates general, They are responsible for their actions and for the internal controls that are applied in their respective departments.
