The first match of England’s tour was rained out after the Irish were thrashed at home. Bangladesh scored 246 runs for 9 wickets in 50 overs at the beginning of the match. In response, the Irish scored 65 runs for 3 wickets. The match was declared abandoned when it started raining.
At the beginning of the second match, Ireland got a huge capital of 319 runs in 45 overs with Tector’s century. In response, the Tigers won with 3 balls and 3 wickets in hand. And in the last ODI, the hosts almost got the victory when they came down to bat in response to the 275 runs given by Bangladesh. But Bangladesh got a thrilling victory by 5 runs thanks to Mustafiz Hasan.
