TAF’s air operation disturbed Russia: Ankara did not give information before the operation

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s Special Envoy to Syria, Aleksandr Lavrentyev, called on Turkey to refrain from using “excessive military force” in Syria and to show restraint. Speaking to the press on his return from his visit to Qatar, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, “We have not had any talks with Mr. Biden or Mr. Putin regarding this operation.
