Remarkable detail in the photo of President Erdogan and the Swedish Prime Minister: The balance of power is clearly visible

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan welcomed Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, who paid an official visit to Turkey last week, with an official ceremony. The cavalrymen, who welcomed the official vehicle where Kristersson was in, on the street in front of the Presidential Complex, accompanied the vehicle to the protocol gate.

President Erdoğan welcomed Kristersson at the main entrance of the Presidential Complex. After Erdoğan and Kristersson took their places in the ceremony area, the national anthems of the two countries were played, accompanied by 21 guns. Kristersson greeted the Guards Regiment Ceremonial Troop with a “Hello soldier.” Flags and soldiers representing the 16 Turkish states established in history also took part in the ceremony.

Attention was drawn to the square they shook hands with.

A photograph taken when Erdoğan greeted Kristersson at the door and shook hands became the agenda. The most interesting comment, which drew attention to the hands of the two leaders, came from Swedish academic Eric Meyersson. Sharing the photo in question, Meyersson said, “If you zoom in on the handshake of Prime Minister Kristersson and President Erdogan, you can clearly see the balance of power between these two governments right now.”
