Threads was released by Metacompany that owns applications such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. On July 5, it went on the market with the idea of unseating Twittertaking advantage of the fact that the Elon Musk application is presenting several errors and demands that users do not seem to like.

The appeal is in Colombia and Just 24 hours after launching on the market, Threads already has more than 30 million open accounts.
The interesting thing about this application is that it is directly connected to Instagram, which is why they share many settings, the same profile, and even the same user.
Are those blocked on Instagram also blocked on Threads?
Yes, by sharing almost the same profile on both social networks, these settings regarding blocked accounts will remain the same in Threads and said configuration can only be modified directly from the Instagram account.

What are the usage policies for Threads?
Being an application connected to Instagram, they share the same conditions of use:
“You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your country to use Instagram.
You must not be prohibited from using any aspect of our Service under applicable laws or from using payment-related services if you are on the respective denied party list.
We must not have previously disabled your account due to a violation of the law or any of our policies.
You must not be a convicted sex offender.”
Eye: Threds’s account, once opened, can only be deactivated to stop appearing, if you want to delete the account, you must also delete it from Instagram.
