Hasaranga signed a direct contract with Rangpur Riders. This Sri Lankan cricketer has gained fame in the cricket world in a short period of time due to his excellent bowling. He can play devastating innings not only with the ball but also with the bat. So Rangpur Riders have increased their strength by signing Hasranga in the team.
Hasaranga’s inclusion in the team has been confirmed from Rangpur’s Facebook page. Although Hasaranga is not named directly, three sources are given. Said to be a Lankan cricketer, he took a hat-trick on his ODI debut and was adjudged the player of the tournament in the 2023 Lankan Premier League.
