Famous comedian Raju Srivastava passed away on Wednesday. Raju, who has been fighting for life and death for the last 40 days, finally said goodbye to this world. Raju suddenly had a cardiac arrest while doing gym. His last rites will be performed in Delhi on Thursday morning itself. The whole country has mourned his departure.

Raju Srivastava said goodbye to this world at the age of 58. Heartfelt tributes will be paid to him at 9:30 am on Thursday. The family has decided that his last rites will be performed in Delhi itself. His cremation will be done at Nigambodh Ghat in Delhi. Raju’s wife Shikha Srivastava, daughter Antara Srivastava and son Ayushmann Srivastava are in Delhi. The rest of the family members have also been informed. Raju’s body has been handed over to the family after postmortem with new technology.
The entire country mourned the death of Raju. Raju was also active in politics. From ministers to Bollywood celebs mourned his death. PM Narendra Modi also tweeted and paid tribute to the comedian. At the same time, all the big leaders including Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Akhilesh Yadav bowed down. A two-minute silence was also observed in Parliament to pay tribute to Raju.
Had cardiac arrest on August 10
Raju had a heart attack on 10 August. Since then he was admitted to AIIMS Hospital in Delhi. At the same time, his wife Shikha also lived with him every moment. If we talk about his health in the last phase, then Raju’s health started improving. It was being told that the doctors were also thinking of removing him from the ventilator soon. But suddenly on Wednesday morning there was a change in his health. Raju’s brother-in-law told that his blood pressure had dropped. After which he was also given CPR. but to no avail. After battling for a while, Raju died.
Raju Srivastava was born on 25 December 1963 in Kanpur. Since childhood, Raju was a fan of Amitabh. Seeing him, he started mimicking him. Raju was also known as Junior Amitabh. Raju got fame from The Great Indian Laughter Challenge. Earlier, he had played the role of junior artist in films.,
