The great challenges that economies face after the pandemic are exacerbated by the lack of qualified talent to accompany the transformation and recovery of businesses. That’s why Oracle releases SaaS Business Process Certificationsa new free training and certification program on Oracle’s world-class applications.
“I think that the greatest impact of the transformation we are experiencing is seen not so much in the digitization of processes but in the new opportunities that this can generate for our societies,” says Adrián Durán, senior vice president of Applications and Industries for Oracle Latin America. “At Oracle we are committed to democratizing access to technology education in Latin America and this year we will seek to train 50,000 professionals throughout the region free of charge.”
Through this initiative, anyone in our region will have unlimited access free of charge for 90 days to all virtual and on-demand courses for Oracle cloud applications. It is a program designed for already practicing professionals and students who seek to add an impact credential that gives them a market projection for their immediate future.
This proposal joins a series of initiatives that Oracle offers in the region in order to accompany Latin American people in the different stages of their professional development, such as Oracle Next Education (ONE), for those who do not have access to higher education, and Oracle Academy, for faculty from universities and technical institutions.
Oracle SaaS Business Process Certifications provide access to relevant knowledge of core business processes (finance and planning, human capital management, customer experience, and sales) enabled by Oracle cloud applications, as well as advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence or the Internet. of Things.
A comprehensive understanding of business processes is critical to being able to effectively leverage current strategies and successfully implement and utilize available technology resources, accelerating transformation.
Being certified in Oracle cloud applications will help alleviate the lack of qualified talent that the market needs today to innovate and transform quickly, and will allow professionals in Latin America to quickly access better jobs and development opportunities.
“Adding knowledge is the key to staying current and competitive. And we know that true innovation begins with inclusion, creating more opportunities for growth through education. The old paradigms are changing and today we know that learning is for life”, adds Durán.
The new program includes three training focuses focused on finance, customer experience, and human resources, and provides in-depth knowledge of Oracle cloud applications and the core business processes that accompany them.
Registration is completely free and will be open from September 5 to December 4 on this site.
