OPPO ranks first in China and fourth in global smartphone shipments in the first half of 2023

OPPO rose to No. 1 in the Chinese smartphone market and No. 4 globally in the first half of 2023, driven by the strong performance of its Find N2 series and smartphones. smartphones flagship of the Find X6 series.

According to data from Canalys, OPPO had a 10% share of the global smartphone market during the first half of 2023 with 51.9 million shipments and an 18% share of China’s smartphone market. This makes it the best-selling brand in China during the first half of 2023.

Counterpoint Research estimates that global shipments of smartphones folding will rebound at a compound annual growth rate of 114% from 2019 to 2025.

The new data from Canalys also shows that OPPO had a commanding 31% share of the foldable device market in China during the first quarter of 2023, making it the leader in the growing segment.

At the product level, OPPO Find N2 Flip surpassed the other foldable devices to account for 15% of the sales of smartphones foldables in China from January to May 2023, according to Counterpoint.
