In that same line, the engineer velazquez shared the amenities that said property will have, which contemplates the creation of a shopping center or a hotel.
“We are thinking of a stadium for Blue Cross, in facilities for basic forces and having all the infrastructure for the development of an entire sports area, perhaps a shopping center or a hotel right there so that the project is attractive and somehow you don’t have a white elephant during the week”, he pointed out.
It is important to mention that details of where the enclosure could be built have not yet been revealed; however, the manager confirmed that there are already advanced talks to define the venue.
“We already have the project, we already have the resources in some way, we are only deciding which place it would be, if in the south of the city or in the north of the metropolitan area,” he said.
