The Portuguese coach explained why he gave his medal to a fan in the stands. “I always do, I keep the gold ones and give away the silver ones. I don’t want the silver ones,” he said.
“Sevilla is a great team, for us it’s not a novelty. They have a squad that we don’t have, they have experience and quality that we don’t have. We had a great first half and in the second, obviously, Sevilla has had a reaction”, said in statements to Movistar Plus.
The Portuguese coach added that they had the best chances to avoid penalties. “Afterwards, everything has been very balanced. We have had the two best chances and we went to penalties, that you have to put them in and stop them. They have won and that’s it,” she said.
