In fact, Alipore Court Judge Anindita Ganguly, while giving the verdict on Monday, said that Shami will pay alimony of Rs 1 lakh 30 thousand to Hasin Jahan every month. In this, 80 thousand rupees will be spent on the daughter, while 50 thousand rupees will be given to Hasin Jahan.

Filed a case 4 years ago and demanded Rs 10 lakh
In 2018, Haseen Jahan again stepped into her profession. Hasin Jahan had filed a case in the court for alimony of Rs 10 lakh. In this, Rs 7 lakh was his personal alimony and Rs 3 lakh was spent on the maintenance of his daughter. Haseen’s lawyer Mriganka Mistry had claimed in the court that Shami’s income till 2022 was Rs 7 lakh annually. In such a situation, the alimony of Rs 10 lakh per month is not much at all.
On this, Shami’s lawyer Selim Rehman claimed that Hasin Jahan herself is earning Rs. She herself is a professional fashion model. In such a situation, his alimony does not become that much. Keeping all these things in mind, the court decided to pay alimony of Rs 1.30 lakh every month. Now Hasin Jahan can appeal in the High Court.
