Volleyball Master Spain, Water Sport Pools and UDA Benalmádena Volleyball organize a tribute to Mr. Miguel Ángel Falasca Fernández, former international volleyball player, on May 1, 2022 in the Sports Center of Arroyo de la Miel (Benalmádena). It will be a charity sports event whose proceeds will go to the CUDECA Foundation, to support the creation of the pediatric palliative care unit.
It is a solidarity tribute supported by Voley Master Spain and by mythical national volleyball players such as Guillermo Falasca, Rafa Pascual, Juan Carlos Robles, Mayte Téigell, Carmen Corcelles, Jose Luis Moltó, Carlos Carreño, Manolo Berenguer, Cosme Prenafeta, Luis Álvarez, Santi Camacho, Pablo Rivero, Pedro Bonache, Alex Rio, Juan Bonache, Roberto Megia and Nanu Cubillo.
On May 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., matches will be played by the Spain Women’s Master Volleyball Team against the senior UDA Benalmádena Volleyball team and the Spain Men’s Master Teams North vs. South.
The Women’s Team Volleyball Master Spain will feature Carmen Corcelles (coach), Leticia Martín Calderín, Mayte Téigell, Elena Fernández and Laura García, Raquel Tormo and Beatriz de Miguel.

The Men’s Team Volleyball Master Spain South will feature Rafa Pascual (captain), Roberto Megia, Víctor Angulo, Joaquín Ibáñez, Jaime García, Rafa Chinchilla, Diego Jiménez, Felipe Martin (Pipe), Carlos López, Santi Camacho, Luis Álvarez, David Mora, Bernardo Mora and Luis Hernández ( trainer).
After the tournament, the mayor, Mr. Víctor Navas Pérez, and the Councilor for Sports, Mr. Joaquín Villazón, will present the awards and give a commemorative plaque to the mother of Mr. Miguel Ángel Falasca. At 8:30 p.m., a Tribute Cocktail will be held at the Roof bar of the Hotel La Barracuda (Torremolinos), which will be attended by all the players and the media, with a large presentation Photocall.
