Málaga wins the men’s bronze at the Andaluz Mini in Manilva

The provincial team of Malaga in the Men’s Mini basketball category has hung this Sunday the bronze medal in the Andalusian Championship held at the Sabinillas Sports City and the Las Viñas de Manilva pavilion. They defeated Granada with considerable authority (86-53) just before the fight for gold won Cádiz to Córdoba (83-64).

The Andalusian Basketball Federation has underlined the great influx of public in the stands of the two sports venues and the great party for this sport which has meant the concentration of the eight provincial teams of the autonomous community.

The day in Las Viñas opened with Jaén’s victory over Huelva in the fight for seventh place and Seville’s victory over Almería, with fifth place at stake. At the Ciudad Deportiva de Sabinillas, Málaga defeated Granada and then Cádiz and Cordoba took to the pitch.

The final day was attended by the president of the Andalusian basketball team, antonio de torres; the regional vice president and delegate from Malaga, Ricardo Vandres; the delegate in Cádiz, Adolfo Magranal; the mayor of manilveño, Mario Jimenez; the first deputy mayor, Diego Jimenez; and the mayor of Sports, Manuel Gil.
