What seemed inevitable is already here. Málaga CF has already taken the first steps to apply an ERE to its staff in an effort to adapt the club to its new economic reality outside of professional football. In a letter, the entity has transmitted that it has already “communicated to the representatives of the labor personnel the need to carry out an Employment Regulation File.”
This ‘snip’ will affect dozens of workers from the blue and white club in all its areas. In front Now there are a few weeks of negotiations where some deadlines will have to be strictly respected. The completion of the process could take up to month of Augustdepending on how the talks between the leaders and the workers’ representatives go.

Today, Málaga Club de Fútbol has communicated to the representatives of the workforce the need to carry out a Record of employment regulation, whose trading period will begin in the coming days.
