India on their way to a big collection by rampaging the Kiwi bowlers

In the first semi-final of the current World Cup, the Indian batsmen are running rampage on the Kiwi bowlers after winning the toss against New Zealand. Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill’s pair of half-centuries led India to 200 runs in 28 overs. Gradually they are moving towards bigger collections.

India have scored 219 runs in 30 overs at the time of writing this report. Virat Kohli remains unbeaten on 69 runs and Shreyas Iyer on 20 runs.

After winning the toss at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, Indian opener Rohit Sharma started to attack the QI bowlers. And he was accompanied by Shubman Gill.

India completed the team’s half-century in just 5 overs with this pair. Rohit was becoming more and more terrible. Finally Tim Southee brought him back.

Rohit, who was on the verge of a half-century, scored 47 runs off 29 balls and returned to the dressing room after being caught by Kane Williamson off Tim Southee. On his departure, India’s opening pair broke for 71 runs.

After Rohit’s departure, Shubman Gill formed a pair with Virat Kohli. Taking Kohli with him, he started rampaging the Kiwi bowlers. Team India scored a century in just 12 overs by relying on this pair.

Shubman Gill brought up a personal fifty against the Kiwis today off 41 balls. After picking up the half-century, he was becoming more formidable. However, he left the field as a retired heart after scoring 79 runs off 65 balls.

When Shubman Gill left the field due to retired heart, Virat Kohli formed a pair with Shreyas Iyer. In the midst of this, Virat Kohli picked up a personal half-century. He scored a half-century against the Kiwis in 59 balls. India picked up 200 runs in 28 overs based on this pair. India is gradually moving towards a larger collection.

The two teams have played a total of 117 ODI matches so far. Among them, India has 59 wins and New Zealand 50. And in seven matches there was no result. The remaining 1 match is a tie. According to this, India will be ahead in the semi match.
