A four-match Test series is to be organized between India and Australia in the month of February-March. This series is very important for making a place in the final of the World Test Championship. By the way, there is good news for Team India before the start of the Test series. Star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has returned to the field for practice. Ravindra Jadeja has shared a picture of practice in which he is practicing bowling. Jadeja wrote in the caption of the video, ‘Left arm bowling is my priority.’

Ravindra Jadeja is also expected to play in Saurashtra’s final Ranji Trophy match from January 24. Ravindra Jadeja suffered a knee injury during the Asia Cup held in September last year, due to which he had to be ruled out of the tournament midway. Due to injury, he could not participate in the T20 World Cup as well. Later Jadeja had knee surgery. After surgery, he has gone through a phase of rehab at the National Cricket Academy (NCA).

Jadeja will have to pass the fitness test

Ravindra Jadeja has been included in the 17-member squad announced for the Test series against Australia, but the star all-rounder’s selection will depend on his fitness. The selectors had made it clear that Jadeja’s selection would be considered only after he passes the fitness test from the NCA. Ravindra Jadeja’s role in this four-match Test series will be very important. He will be expected to perform well with both the ball and the bat.

Second Test – February 17 to 21, Delhi
Third Test – March 1 to 5, Dharamshala
