Nothing to worry: Suryakumar Yadav
Suryakumar Yadav dismissed Jasprit Bumrah’s fitness concerns and said that there is nothing to worry about and the fast bowler is all set to take the field after recovering from a back injury. Bumrah was not a part of the playing XI in the opening T20 International against Australia. The team management had decided to give a little more time to this bowler returning from injury. Bumrah had not played a single match for the Indian team since the England tour.

In the press conference before the second T20 International, when Suryakumar was asked about Bumrah’s fitness and plans for Umesh Yadav in the T20 team, he said, “I have no idea about the team’s plan on any player.” This is not my department.
