With hardly any time to heal the wounds from Wednesday’s game, the Iberoquinoa Antequera faces a new clash this Saturday, the one corresponding to matchday 25 of the Sacyr Asobal League, paying a visit to a Benidorm team that is finishing the season in very good shape. Lorenzo Ruiz’s men, who want to finish the season with good feelings, want to get even for the bad image of the first half against Huesca and return to being competitive as their usual dynamic has been lately.

It will not be an easy place for Iberoquinoa Antequera to achieve their first points of the season away from Argüelles. The Levantine team holds fourth position, coming from losing at the Palau against FC Barcelona but selling dearly for their defeat, which cut a streak of four consecutive victories. BM Benidorm wants to secure a European place and will not want to lose points from its fiefdom.

The captain of Iberoquinoa Antequera, Francis Morales, hopes that the team will react after the defeat of the week-to-week match at Argüelles.

“I don’t know if a game so soon against Benidorm after what we did with Huesca is good or bad. We have to change the chip, focus on the game thinking about the mistakes of the other day, assume how we were and that it can’t happen anymore. Wednesday is there but we will try to go in another way and have a good game with Benidorm, “said the winger.
