First visit the official Nindo Naruto website by clicking click here and sign in with an Epic Games credentials. Once done, you can start playing Fortnite to meet the following objectives and get medals on the website.
- Finish five matches in the Top 6 (Battle Royale or Zero Squad Build) = Itachi’s Way Medal
- Survive 24 Storm Circles (Zero Build Solo, Duos, Trios) = Gaara’s Way Medal
- Catch 20 Fish (Battle Royale and Zero Build Squads, Solo, Duos, Trios) = Hinata’s Way Medal
- Get 18 eliminations (Battle Royale Solo, Duos, Trios): Orochimaru’s Way Medal
