Enigmatic message from Ángel Delgado, one of those desired by Unicaja

Unicaja’s transfer market seems “calm” and it just seems that way. There are many leagues that are still in play with the playoffs and that makes it difficult for the summer market operations to start right now. However, there are some teams that have finished. These days many players have been called by Unicaja and one of them has uploaded a text to his social networks that may sound like a farewell: Ángel Delgado could have said goodbye to Bilbao Basket on Instagram.

The pivot was one of the first names that appeared as a possible option to be on the 22/23 typesetter squad. He is one of the Endesa League players who is going to have more “girlfriends” this summer and Los Guindos is very aware of his contractual situation, which now ends with Álex Mumbrú’s team. He has been one of the key pieces in the project this last year and his dismissal would seem to be “official”, although everything is an enigma.

That’s how he is message published by Ángel Delgado on his personal Instagram account: “Thank you daddy God for giving me the opportunity to have some friends who were and will be very important in my life. The best is yet to come, super proud and happy of what we have achieved this season, this club and these incredible fans deserve all the positive things to come. MEN IN BLACK!!! AUPA BILBAO!!!!”.

The message, by itself, does not give excessive clues, but the truth is that another colleague does. Jonathan Rousselle responded to the protagonist “good road, my brother”. So the comment of the “man in black” could give more signals about a possible goodbye of Ángel Delgado, one of the players with the most impact in the painting of the Endesa League.

Will Unicaja be an option in your future? We will have to see how the days, or even the weeks, unfold, but the truth is that this publication could give clues about the future of the Dominican, one of the great wishes for the Ibon Navarro project in the 22/23 season.
