Born in Barahona on December 22, 1945. His parents were Don Juan Guiliani V. and Nadime Cury Elías. He was married to Mrs. Olga Cortiñas Estrella with whom he had three children: Rachele, Juan Mauricio and Juan Enrique.

His funeral services will be held this Friday, May 26, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Blandino Funeral Home on Abraham Lincoln Avenue, La Paz Chapel. He will receive a Christian burial in the Memorial Garden, on Jacobo Majluta Avenue, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
