The City of Destination Cap Cana announced that it will have a presence at the Great Real Estate Halla fair organized by the International Exhibition Center of Bogotá, in Colombia, where companies meet to publicize their real estate offers.
In the event, which will take place from August 18 to 21, builders, developers, promoters and international real estate companies will participate.
The executive president of Cap Cana Ciudad Destino and president of the Dominican Association of Tourist Real Estate Companies (ADETI), Jorge Subero Medina, highlighted that the Dominican Republic has benefited from the great growth and recovery of tourism, which has quickly reactivated the boom exponential of the real estate tourism sector.
“This is why as Cap Cana we are very focused on attracting national and international investors who see our destination as a place for tourism, but, at the same time, a home, who contribute directly to many other sectors of the economy. of the Dominican Republic, generating greater job opportunities, fiscal income and the development of other complementary recreation areas”, he expressed.
