Unicaja closed this Tuesday in Bilbao the Regular Phase of the Endesa League and from now on is focused on the exciting play-off for the League title that will start for the greens next Sunday, with Lenovo Tenerife as rival in a cross to the best of three games, in which the canaries will have the home court factor in their favor.
Unicaja finished a spectacular Regular League at the Bilbao Arena, which allowed them, after two seasons out of the Spanish basketball elite, to once again rub shoulders with the top 8 in the playoffs for the title. Lenovo Tenerife will be their rival in a series for the best of three games, in which Txus Vidorreta’s team will have the “field factor” in favor, after finishing fourth in this Regular League, after beating Casademont Zaragoza 92-69 on this last day, a victory that allows them to maintain fourth place in the league. The second game of the series will be played in Malaga on Thursday, June 1, also starting at 9:00 p.m. In case there is a third game to break the tie, it would be on Sunday the 4th, at a time yet to be confirmed, again on the Lenovo field
