After Kılıçdaroğlu’s message, Information Technologies and Communications Authority (BTK) took a remarkable decision. According to the news of İsmail Arı from Birgün, a letter was sent to GSM operators with the signature of BTK President Ömer Abdullah Karagözoğlu.
