He Barcelona Soccer Club has notified the court of first instance number 15 of its willingness to “withdraw” from the procedure in which, together with Real Madrid and Athletic Club, they try to get the Justice to declare illegal the agreement between LaLiga and CVC.
In the letter presented this Friday and to which EL PERIÓDICO DE ESPAÑA, from the Prensa Ibérica group, has had access, Barça expresses its desire to no longer participate in litigation in which the rest of the First and Second Division clubs during the 2021-22 season appear as co-defendants.
