Arajet and iké sign alliance for travel assistance

Arajet, the low-fare airline in the Caribbean, signed an alliance with iké, a leader in Latin America in the design and implementation of solutions, to develop Arajet Travel Assist, an assistance program that seeks to optimize the travel experience of Arajet passengers.

The Arajet Travel Assist plans include coverage, among which medical expenses due to accidents, telephone medical consultations, home medical visits, ambulance, delivery of medicines, dentists, transfers for convalescence, online psychologist, accompaniment of minors and adults, returns Advance payments for claims, advance funds, legal services for theft or loss of documents, funeral services and concierge, among others.

To improve the passenger experience, iké offers through Arajet Travel Assist, assistance for travel with pets, which includes telephone and online veterinary consultations, legal advice, live pet friendly with information on hotels, restaurants and attractions that allow entry of pets at the destination, veterinary medical references and more.
