Alaver increases its assets by RD$1,101 million

The financial institution Alaver announced that in the period 2021-2022 it increased its assets by RD$1,101 million, which represents 9%, going from RD$11,775 million in 2021 to RD$12,877 million in 2022.

Besides, the credit card The net income of the institution has presented an increase of RD$904 million, 12%, going from RD$6,784 million in 2021 to RD$7,688 million in 2022, according to a report presented at the annual Ordinary Assembly of the organization.

Deposits in savings and securities, considered synonymous with public trust in the institution, have also experienced growth of RD$1,105 million, which represents 12%, going from RD$9,049 million in 2021 to RD$10,154 million at the end of 2022 .

Good collection management is evidenced by the decrease in the delinquency indicator, which has gone from 1.59 in 2021 to 1.06% in 2022. Likewise, Alaver strengthened the provision indicator for coverage of Past due portfoliorising from 136.00% in 2021 to 178.83% in December 2022.

Thanks to its good operations, Alaver’s net profits in 2022 reached RD$194 million, a figure similar to that of 2021. This result has allowed the institution to present a solvency indicator weighted by credit and market risk of 24.04%, greater than the 10% required by the country’s monetary and financial regulations.

The diversification of Alaver’s loan portfolio, which covered the needs of the commercial and personal segments, has been one of the pillars of the institution’s success, along with the lines of credit cards and loans for the acquisition of family homes. . During the period, the institution disbursed a total of RD$3,686 million in 6,490 cases of new credits.

In addition, Alaver has stood out for its attention and service to its associates and the community in which it serves. During the period, the institution closed with 29% of its total active associates enrolled in its modern platform of Internet Banking Alaweb, which was positioned as one of the most important service channels used by customers and associates.

In 2022, Alaver carried out an important campaign focused on the savings and loyalty of its associates, called “Asociado Real 2022”, in which it awarded 38 associates with RD$100,000 each and one final winning associate with RD$1,000,000.

For the year 2023, Alaver plans to boost its business in the Santiago province market with the opening of its new corporate headquarters, with an investment of more than RD$165 million, to offer more financial solutions and accompany the development of that cibaeño market.
