Guloya celebrates 15 years of small theater, season that has become the theatrical offer par excellence in the city of Santo Domingo, with works for children, youth and families. This edition will take place from June 3 to July 30, every Saturday and Sunday at 5:30 pm, in the Otto Coro room of the Guloya Theater in the Colonial City.
With the purpose of providing healthy entertainment and bringing the family closer, in this 15th. Edition of Teatro Chiquito 8 stagings of the puppet and object theater will be presented, every weekend a different group, different themes, will parade through the room Otto Guloya Theater Choir.
The public will be able to enjoy a varied program beginning on June 3 and 4 with the play “La niña y el zafaconero” presented by the group Piede Bridge Theateron the weekend of June 10 and 11 “Cantares de Cigarra” by the Cúcara-Mácara group, will continue on June 17 and 18 “Julián y Estrellita” under the direction of Teatro Colibrí, by the Teatro Guloya is presented on June 24 and 25 the work “Guanín and His Magic Bag”.
In July, on 01 and 02, the group of alternative theater takes the stage with his play “La Rebelión de las Palabras”, on the weekend of the 8th and 9th we enjoyed the presentation of the Tureyro puppet group with the piece “Los sueños de Lorca”, we continue celebrating with the Teatro Arcano on the 15th and 16 who present the play “The Secret of Kawasaki”, and to end the season the Guloya Theater premieres the play “Racataplum” on July 22, 23, 29 and 30.
This theater party for the whole family, has an affordable entrance fee, so that they repeat the visit during the 9 weekends that we will have different functions, in the months of June and July, we also offer a courtesy ticket to family groups of more than 4 people.
