The low-cost Dominican airline, Arajet, managed to get 10,000 passengers to use its new assistance service, Arajet Travel Assist, to purchase their travel tickets from the 17 destinations it operates in North, Central, South America and the Caribbean.
This was reported by the company at an event held in partnership with Iké, a leader in Latin America in the design and implementation of solutions.
“Arajet Travel Assist is the only assistance service offered by an airline in the Dominican Republic, and we are happy and proud to celebrate that since we launched the product on January 29 of this year, 10,000 people have already included it in their ticket and have used their services to improve their travel experience,” said Víctor Pacheco Méndez, CEO and founder of Arajet.
“We received our Iké partners with the best news, in an event designed to strengthen the memory of a product that we created with the needs of the ultra-low-cost traveler in mind,” he emphasized.
Arajet Travel Assist is a robust assistance service so that the company’s clients travel with the peace of mind of having support for the coverage of medical expenses due to accidents, telephone medical consultations, ambulances, online psychological consultations, advance funds without limits, legal services for theft or loss of documents, concierge assistance and hotel discount network, among many other options.
“We designed an extremely useful product for the traveler, which allows them to have the support to exponentially improve their international trips, and which covers not only their needs, but also those of their pets,” said José Fernando Canasi, CEO of Iké.
